Hi, my name is Ava (Jie Yu) – Holistic Licensed Massage Therapist at Jade Wellness Clinic. I'm here for people who are tired, stressed, in pain, or simply feel “not like themselves” anymore… and who are ready to feel calm, grounded and cared for again. I was drawn to massage and holistic wellness because I’ve seen firsthand how stress, long work hours, and emotional pressure can slowly drain a person’s energy and joy. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning **holistic, non-RMT massage and bodywork techniques** that don’t just work on the muscles, but also support the **nervous system, circulation, and emotional well-being**. My style is **gentle but effective** – I combine flowing, soothing movements with deeper, focused work where your body needs it most, always staying within your comfort level.
